Objetives

General

Train active teachers at the secondary, baccalaureate and undergraduate levels (bachelor's degree) in innovative strategies for the teaching-learning process.
 

Specific

To train secondary, baccalaureate and undergraduate teachers to improve their teaching practices, focusing on the learning of their students and resignifying the profile of the current teacher.
That the participant is immersed in an environment of multiple traditional and innovative methodologies to learn the advantages and disadvantages of each and adapt them to their environment and daily practice.
That the participant acquires theoretical and methodological knowledge of both traditional theories and innovative methods of learning that allow the graduate to plan, execute and evaluate their teaching practice.
Encourage the development of critical, analytical and innovative thinking so that participants can come up with proposals for innovative teaching-learning models.
Strengthen in the participants the capacities and abilities that allow them to analyze existing learning environments and from that, carry out the design and implementation of alternative scenarios.
Provide trainers with the ability to provide innovative answers to the complexity of educational demand.
That students acquire the necessary skills to identify and apply the formal aspects of contemporary educational research.
That the participants of the master's program acquire training to carry out a future teaching based on competences and at the same time they can evaluate the knowledge generated in addition to the competences developed.
Enable students of the MPIA to implement active learning methodologies such as: inverted classrooms, problem-based learning, projects, and / or challenges, reflective learning, case studies, among others; in such a way that they value the adoption and adjustment of these methods to their work environments.
Train the participants to know how to use quantitative and / or qualitative tools to comprehensively evaluate the demonstrable impact of the innovations introduced.
