Admission profile

  • The candidate for this postgraduate degree must be an active teacher at the secondary, baccalaureate or undergraduate level (bachelor's degree), or come from undergraduate degrees related to education.
  • The candidate for this postgraduate degree must have:
    • Basic knowledge about education sciences (pedagogy, didactics).
    • Intellectual aptitudes for studying a master's degree (reading comprehension and writing skills, reading comprehension of English, abstract thinking).
    • Sensibility to understand your environment.
    • Basic skills for managing computer equipment.
    • Skills in the search and handling of information.
    • Provision for collaborative work.
    • Willingness to experience innovation in learning as part of its training process.
    • Attitudes open to theoretical training as well as the development of reflective and critical learning skills.
    • Values ​​to assume commitments with the fulfillment of the tasks entrusted.
    • Interest in the analysis, intervention, proposition and understanding of the educational environment in its different levels.

The graduate of the Master's Degree in Innovative Processes in Learning:

  • He has knowledge in the field of innovation in learning processes.
  • He has training in theoretical-sociological references in the field of education.
  • Know the elementary background of contemporary educational research.
  • It implements teaching strategies based on contemporary theories of learning with adaptation to the future.
  • Implements alternative learning environments in response to the complexity of educational demand.
  • Applies strategies of educational innovation in the teaching-learning processes that occur in different class scenarios.
  • Advise teachers or educational authorities on innovative academic issues
  • Analyze, design, apply and evaluate educational models whose foundation is innovation in learning
  • Recognizes, methods and instruments used for innovation in learning processes taking into consideration the reality of the historical social context of Mexico and the world.
  • It undertakes intervention projects in secondary, high school and undergraduate educational levels.
  • Intervenes with scientific bases in the elaboration and curricular design of plans and programs of study participating in the taking of decisions, as well as in processes of education-learning, applying strategies of innovation.
  • Acts in benefit of the global social environment under the principles of solidarity, equity and respect for plural and critical thinking.
