The graduate of the Agroindustrial Engineer's degree will be able to:
*Know the different agricultural products that can be the object of an agroindustrial process, through the appropriate technology for the use and aggregation of value to the raw materials and by-products of the agricultural sector
*Apply their knowledge to detect and solve technical problems generated during the process of transformation and industrialization.
*Use and implement scientific and technological principles for the development, improvement, conservation, management, operation, and transformation of agricultural products that meet food needs.
*Know the operations and unit processes that should be combined in the transformation and industrialization of agricultural products, as well as the quality standards of raw materials and terminal products, preserving the quality of the environment.
*Incorporate new technologies that arise in the agroindustrial field and manage the formation of new agroindustrial companies.
*Contribute to the increase of development, administration, and economy with the use of resources of agricultural or livestock as raw material
